Trusted Collaboration Validator v0.1.0-alpha.1

This is a public alpha of the bounded, implementation-independent validator
for public deployments of TCT Draft-03. TCT is an Experimental Internet-Draft
and work in progress. The validator does not require WordPress.

Before installation, verify
trusted-collab-validator-0.1.0-alpha.1.tgz using its adjacent lowercase
SHA-256 sidecar. Then run:

npm install --ignore-scripts ./trusted-collab-validator-0.1.0-alpha.1.tgz
npx tct-validator validate https://example.test/

The package has no runtime dependencies or installation lifecycle scripts.

This alpha deliberately excludes M-Sitemap Index traversal, cross-origin
sampling, content-coding probes, hosted scanning, scoring, CI marketplace
integration, MCP, and vendor outreach. Results apply only to the checks
performed against the observed public path. They do not establish complete
website or AI readiness, universal cache compatibility, production stability,
adoption, endorsement, energy savings, or provider-class compatibility.

This project is not an official IETF, WordPress, Cloudflare, hosting-provider,
customer, or third-party certification.
