- Generate director_pb2.py / director_pb2_grpc.py from proto/director.proto
- Remove SimpleNamespace fallback; fail fast if stubs missing
- Add CoherenceAgent.aprocess() via run_in_executor
- CLI --chunk-size validation (reject <= 0)
- CORS default "" (was "*"); add --cors-origins serve flag
- Remove deprecated alias table from PUBLIC_API.md
- 1927 tests pass, 0 failures
