SCPN Fusion Core v3.9.8

This release is a documentation, repository-polish, and native-build security-hardening release.

Highlights

  • Bumps package metadata and generated capability snapshot references to 3.9.8.
  • Makes README badges render as separate readable badges instead of one dense line.
  • Adds a clearer README reader path for what the project is, who it serves, why it matters, what is validated, and what remains blocked.
  • Expands onboarding, API, applications/market, notebook, quickstart, and Sphinx overview documentation with explicit maturity labels and evidence boundaries.
  • Hardens optional native C++ compilation so arbitrary source, compiler flags, ambient build environment, symlinked source, and group/world-writable source/compiler paths are rejected.
