• synapse codex-tmux adds a local tmux-backed wake transport for an existing
  Codex terminal session. The command can start, inspect, wake, or wait-and-wake
  a named tmux session while injecting only a fixed prompt that tells Codex to
  read its Synapse inbox.

• Package metadata and public release notes now mark the 0.x line as
  pre-1.0 development releases and reserve 1.0.0 for the first stable
  commercial release line.

Fixed

• The syn commit packaging/documentation test now uses the configured
  Python 3.10 TOML fallback, keeping the full CI matrix green.
