• synapse release can attach evidence-backed release receipts with repeated
  evidence, artifact, changed-file, generated-artifact, approval, known-failure,
  confidence, and freshness fields. The hub echoes the receipt on
  release_granted, records it as a board assessment note, and --receipt-json
  prints the receipt for automation.

• Public interoperability docs now position the MCP and A2A adapters as edge
  interop surfaces for existing frameworks and coding agents, not replacements
  for LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Aider,
  or similar tools.
