Added

  • Added opt-in HMAC-SHA256 per-message authentication for selected mutating hub
    frames after WebSocket connect authentication. synapse hub --message-auth-key KEY_ID:SECRET:SENDER[,SENDER...] --require-message-auth now enforces signed
    claims, releases, task updates, handoffs, checkpoints, and resource offers
    with canonical-frame verification, fail-closed sender binding, timestamp
    windows, bounded in-memory nonce replay detection, and explicit
    verification-result errors.
  • synapse hub --paranoid now requires per-message authentication enforcement
    in addition to token-protected access and durable event-log replay.
