Added

• SYNAPSE_URI selects the hub for every CLI command. An operator working against a non-default
  hub — a remote coordinator, or a second local hub on another port — now sets it once instead of
  repeating --uri on each command. An explicit --uri still overrides it for a single call, and
  a blank or unset variable falls back to the loopback default ws://localhost:8876.

Fixed

• The "Coordinate from code" quickstart example started a hub in the same process and connected an
  agent to it without waiting for the server to bind, so the agent could abandon a refused
  connection and every following verb would act on a closed one. The example now connects to a
  separately started hub and stops with a clear error when the hub is unreachable.
