• synapse doctor now suggests exact-identity waiter arming for missing -rx
  waiters, so terminal/provider identities no longer see a broad-project
  --for <project> hint after the wake-loop hotfix.
• Tmux wake prompts now suppress routine no-op status replies: provider panes
  reply once only for actionable directed work and stay quiet for peer-status
  chatter or empty inbox wakeups, preventing restarted Grok/Kimi sessions from
  re-entering a status-broadcast loop.
• Provider wrappers and tmux-launched provider panes now force
  SYNAPSE_AUTO_CONNECT=0, preventing an inner Fish/Bash shell from auto-arming
  a second passive receiver under a different user/terminal-* identity.
