Added

synapse doctor now accepts --federation-path PEER=MODE for proxy-path
diagnostics. Direct mTLS/WSS, TLS passthrough, and tailnet paths are reported
as valid federation shapes, while TLS-terminating reverse proxies are flagged
as a different trust boundary for certificate-pinned hub federation.
