Fixed

  • Materialize all cold durable-mailbox pending counts from one shared history
    read with indexed exact-recipient routing. The first WHO/doctor request after
    a hub restart no longer repeats a full CHAT replay for every retained identity
    or starves the WebSocket listener; watermark, role, channel, sender, and glob
    semantics remain unchanged.
