CORE-MATH's f16/cbrtf16.c no longer calls the C library's cbrtf (CORE-MATH 398b235 and
e78b460), so crmvec's workaround for it, crmvec-cbrtf16.h, is gone. The results are the
same: every half and bfloat16 input of every function, in four rounding modes, checked
against MPFR before and after (54,132,736 results). All 165 CORE-MATH files crmvec
carries are byte-identical to CORE-MATH's master at e78b460.
