crnumerics 0.4.1

The Python package is now crdistr both on PyPI and as a module: pip install crdistr, then import crdistr (it was import crdist). "crdist" on PyPI is an unrelated project. The C library, crdist, is unchanged, as is everything else in this release but the version strings.
