- One failing source no longer sinks the whole session: a provider error on a single note's calls rolls its quota to the other notes, and the make-up pass fills the shortfall. Only a job where every source fails reports the provider error.
- Claude Code CLI errors now surface their real message (the CLI reports errors in its result field), replacing the useless 'no detail'.
