Pre-development gatekeeper against impulsive "vibe coding" — make the build earned before a single line is written.

Two modes
- Quick Check — a 15-question multiple-choice self-assessment (5 dimensions × 3) → Vibe Coding Impulse Index (0–100) + developer persona + red/yellow/green verdict. High scores auto-escalate to Mode 2.
- Deep Dialogue — an adversarial five-gate "grill me" interview (motivation / market / capability / use-case / solution) that concludes by handing you existing open-source tools + a preliminary PRD for secondary development.
tech-light HTML report rendered by scripts/build_report.py (Python standard library only, zero third-party deps).
Unified assets/design-tokens.css palette (tech-light: light-blue + cyan), aligned with other skills following the same token convention.
