• Emit SSE comment heartbeats (: keepalive) every 15s during stream silence so clients like Codex CLI do not idle-timeout
• Wired on Chat Completions, Responses, and Anthropic Messages stream paths; auto-stop on response close/error
• Docs note that CURSOR_BRIDGE_TIMEOUT_MS still bounds wall-clock agent runs
