tar folder sync
Every release conf declares tar in VM_SYNC_METHODS, so
vmactions/ghostbsd-vm can offer sync: tar once it pins this build. The method
streams the workspace as a ustar archive over the existing ssh channel:
nothing is installed in the guest and no filesystem support is needed on
either side, unlike sshfs and nfs. Verified on this guest before the
declaration went in -- 300 files plus a 1 MB binary blob pushed, a file
written in the guest, the whole tree pulled back and compared by content
hash.
The index now lists tar
This build's releases.json carries the updated method list. The index is
what vmactions/ghostbsd-vm bakes its own configuration from, and the one shipped
with the previous release was cut before tar existed.
