This patch removes the runtime warning found during the first hosted Pronounce Docs run.

  • Moves the Pronounce Docs JavaScript action from deprecated Node 20 to native Node 24.
  • Updates every maintained workflow to the current checkout v7.0.1 release, pinned to its immutable commit SHA.
  • Updates public examples to actions/checkout@v7.0.1 and anzy-renlab-ai/pronounce@v2.28.1.
  • Keeps all 41 Node tests, 104 Python tests, dictionary lint, CLI smoke tests, and hosted workflow verification green.
