Disable unreliable replication ITs #1492
Description
As discussed on the mailing list, the flakey replication ITs should be disabled for now, until a contributor steps up to maintain the replication feature and related code, in order to stabilize builds and more reliably test actively maintained features.
Related to #1226 (That issue specifically mentions CyclicReplicationIT, but other replication ITs also fail similarly)
