@milleruntime @EdColeman - I think #2914 broke this test. Should we just remove it, do you know if there is a corresponding test for the admin command?

I haven't looked at the test but my guess is it should probably be removed. Unless you or Ed want to move it to another IT to test the new summary command in Admin. We have the unit test AdminTest but it will probably be a PITA to mock everything in a unit test.
