admin locks command is redundant #5889
Description
The accumulo admin locks command is redundant. It allows listing and deleting tsever locks. Listing all server processes can be done with the serviceStatus command. Removing locks can be accomplished with the stop -f command. The commands together can do the same thing for all server processes, not just tsevers. Could remove this admin command.
