Prepare for Preference Menu, move About to Overview

There was some recent discussion about making a preference dropdown menu. This could include the new dark theme switch, the auto-refresh switch, and the switches on the messages page. The overview page is a little light on content, so we could move the information in the About modal to the overview page above the deployment table.

Also, I think the font size on the deployment table is a little small.
