Add Support for Apache AGE on Amazon RDS

I'm requesting the addition of Apache AGE support for Amazon RDS to address a problem faced by users. Currently, Apache AGE is not directly supported on Amazon RDS, limiting users' options for utilizing AGE's graph database capabilities.

I've received the following from my team's AWS TAM:

Apache AGE extension support is "being evaluated", but not tagged as "on roadmap". You can interpret this to mean it will not arrive in the next 12 months, if it does arrive at all.

For graph data, it is highly recommended that you leverage a Graph database such as Neptune or Neo4j. It is a common pattern to implement polygot persistence where you project data into the Graph that you also have in a relational database.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like AGE will be available from AWS any time soon
