on_kill behavior on deffered tasks

We are using AzureDataFactoryRunPipelineOperator from airflow.providers.microsoft.azure.operators.data_factory

When we fail a task, we want on_kill behavior to work. If task deferrable=False,, it works:

If task deferrable=True, it does not work:

I believe that after the task comes back from triggerer, the run_id is never present.

Does anyone have the same? Is this a bug?

Yes. It's generally a duplicate of #36090. Any contributions to fix it are welcome.
