Release apache-airflow-providers-google v2.0 and v3.0

Hello.
When I was working on the ticket: Update google-cloud deps to v2, it turned out that it will affect end users and DAG files. For this reason, I will want to do a new major release (2.X.X) for google provider package, which will include updates for 10 libraries. After the releasing backport provider are finished, I would like to do another major release (3.0.0), which will include updates for other libraries.
Does anyone have a strong need to make any other changes that we should include?
