What happened

The following commit removed the ability to use the connections table for remote logging with GCP. Can we roll it back?

What you expected to happen

I expect to be able to use the connections table for remote logging.

How to reproduce

Try and log with a gcp connection defined using AIRFLOW__LOGGING__REMOTE_LOG_CONN_ID
