Use Grid view react components in new UI

Now that we added react to the current UI, we should keep the /ui project up-to-date too. /www and /ui should share React components when possible.

A few steps needed to make this work:

• Abstract away any getMetaValue or global variables
• Create some sort /shared-components directory that both projects can consume
• Add typescript support to /www and any shared components
• Remove any API calls to the webserver Move Grid webserver endpoints to REST API #23412

For now our focus is on continuing to add react to /www and not develop a separate UI in /ui. Can reopen this when we're ready to a full redo.
