SnowflakeSqlApiOperator does not support OAuth

Description

There are 2 methods for Authenticating to Snowflake: OAUTH and KEYPAIR_JWT

Currently the only supported auth method is KEYPAIR_JWT. It would be great to have OAUTH as an option, as well.
