Last week, we have to work with a DAG that allow us to start and stop Virtual Machines in the Azure.
We think that would be good to have an Operator+Hook that abstract all this process to deal with authentication and the usage of the SDK.
Use case/motivation
An operator to allow the interactions (start/stop/restart/get_status) with virtual Machines deployed in Azure.
