Add a PartitionedAssetTimetable interface or similar

We need a mechanism so that dags can be set to be scheduled on partitioned assets in a partition-aware i.e. partition-driven way. Likely this means creating a PartitionedAssetTimetable class that can do this.

This differs from AssetTriggeredTimetable in that it will run for a specific partition.

Hi! I’d like to work on this feature.
I’ve reviewed the request for a PartitionedAssetTimetable to enable partition-aware scheduling of DAGs, distinct from AssetTriggeredTimetable, and I’m interested in implementing it.

I plan to explore how partition metadata can be leveraged to drive scheduling and ensure compatibility with the current asset framework.

Could you please assign this issue to me? I’m happy to draft a PR proposal once I finalize the design approach.

Yes @BharathPESU your involvement is welcome. There are other issues to work on and there will be more work to do on the interface. You are welcome to take a look at in main and give feedback.
