Search criteria with OR operator

Description

Currently in airflow we have search criteria only with the condition "AND" operator. It will be great it can extend with the condition operator "OR" operator.

@suresh062325, great call out. Where are some of the areas that you'd find the most value out of this functionality? Dags? Dag Runs? Task Instances? Assets? All of them?

I think the most immediate value would be for DAGs and Dag Runs, since these are the primary entities users interact with when monitoring workflows.

My initial thought is to start with DAGs (in the Grid/List views), adding support for simple OR-based filtering in the search criteria, and then extend the same pattern to Dag Runs in a follow-up if the approach is accepted.

Happy to scope this to a single area first to keep the PR focused.
