✅ Verified Bump uv floor to 0.11.8, override cooldown for uv (#66057) against 0.1.5rc1. The released apache_airflow_ctl-0.1.5 sdist and -source tarball both carry [tool.uv] required-version = ">=0.11.8" in airflow-ctl/pyproject.toml. I also confirmed the SVN artifacts' signature (my key) and SHA512 checksums, and that the wheel/sdist/source build reproducibly from the airflow-ctl/0.1.5rc1 tag.
