- Bump `sphinxcontrib-spelling` from `5.2.1` to `7.2.1` - Excludes `project.rst` and `changelog.rst` from spell-check for `apache-airflow` package so that we don't need to add Committer's Name everytime. - Removes committers name and ``'airfl%'`` from `docs/spelling_wordlist.txt` as it isn't needed. It should be a code-block not an actual word. (cherry picked from commit 3a57d9f)

The PR most likely needs to run full matrix of tests because it modifies parts of the core of Airflow. However, committers might decide to merge it quickly and take the risk. If they don't merge it quickly - please rebase it to the latest main at your convenience, or amend the last commit of the PR, and push it with --force-with-lease. |
