As strange a it might seem - the build failed to fetch sqlalchemy inventory this one time when inventory fetching :) |

I guess it is just a regular connection error, and we do not set any retries for requests.Session in this case 😄 |

During #29968 we found that docs build stuck because inventory for new community provider not exists yet.
So let's assume that missing community inventory it is not critical and could be resolved during actual build.
