Fix
test_base_aws.pyto make it work when DB isolation is on. Note, tests are still failing but for another reason. As explained in #41082, there is currently a bug inrefresh_from_dbwhen used in DB isolation mode. The 5 failures intest_base_aws.pyare due to this bug.^ Add meaningful description above
