If we don't use explicitly use a feature supported in a newer version of open-lineage, I don't see a reason to bump its min version in Airflow, as you can specify the version contains your PR without touching the min version

I'd like to bump minimum supported version of
openlineage-pythonfor OpenLineage provider so it supports this PR OpenLineage/OpenLineage#2925.^ Add meaningful description above
