Added Task Instances, Dag Runs links similar to XCOMs, Audit Log events in Browse tab

I am not sur whether new menu entries actually are needed - might be a small confusion first-handwhen used to Airflow 2.x but actually browsing Dag Runs and Task Instances is already possible via "Dags" menu ...if you use the top level nav:

Open to a different design if this brought confusion in the first place. I agree that for browsing 'TI' and 'DagRun' we need to go in the Dag menu, which might not seem natural.

Personally, I'd love to figure out a way to redo "Browse". It's always been a throwaway for pages that don't quite have anywhere else to live
