The "check-provider-yaml-valid" check has been partially broken after we moved providers to "providers" directory. The problem was that consistency between available howtos and logos has not been checked properly. This resulted in documentation not having links to all the howto guides and some logos not used. It has been revealed after we moved .pre-commit-config to providers folder. This PR fixes the script that checks for validity and fixes all found discrepancies.
