This is a minor improvement of aligning messages in two places.
Line 38 in admin.json refers to the checkbox in line 68 of the same file. However, the wording in the two places are different. Some users might get confused eventhough the meaning is the same.
Line 38: "Prevent rerun of running tasks"
Line 68: "Prevent rerun if task is running"
