Standardize example DAG docs via module docstring

Updates two provider example DAGs to use the module-level docstring for their DAG documentation (doc_md=__doc__).

• example_short_circuit_decorator.py
• example_sensor_decorator.py

Follow-up to the review suggestion in #60149.
