closes: #57694

What

  • TODO
    • Serialize partition mapper in asset
    • Make sure PartitionTimetable can load mappers in the asset correctly
    • Make sure the outlet can load mappers correctly
    • Make sure it works with AssetAlias, AssetRef
    • Make sure plugin also works correctly
