Docs: Make common.compat.sdk re-exports clickable

Sphinx missing-reference handler aliases unresolved airflow.providers.common.compat.sdk.<Name> references to the symbol's canonical location, restoring clickable links on provider docs (base classes and exceptions) that previously rendered as plain text.
