Brings the French (
fr) UI locale to 100% coverage by translating the 188 newly-introduced keys (scaffolded withbreeze ui check-translation-completeness --add-missing) and removing the 11 keys that no longer exist upstream (--remove-unused). Follows the established glossary and tone in.github/skills/airflow-translations/locales/fr.md(formal "vous",Dag/Asset/XCom/Map Indexkept in English,_many===_otherfor plural forms). No code or unrelated translation files touched.
