[CI][Packaging] homebrew-cpp fails due to glib-utils being merged with glib

The nightly build for 

• homebrew-cpp

  failed with the following:

   apache-arrow-glib:
    * Dependency 'glib-utils' was renamed; use new name 'glib'. 

  It seems glib-utils was merge with glib formula here:
