[CI] Package Linux CI workflow fails to run due to new contents: read permissions

The Linux Package jobs has been failing to run for the last couple of days, see:

The error:

Invalid workflow file: .github/workflows/package_linux.yml#L70
The workflow is not valid. .github/workflows/package_linux.yml (Line: 70, Col: 3): Error calling workflow 'raulcd/arrow/.github/workflows/check_labels.yml@adecb17f390aded6a2af8f5333ee10bd7a09f07f'. The workflow is requesting 'contents: read', but is only allowed 'contents: none'.
