This version of checker framework shortened many warning suppression keys. For atomicity, those key changes are included in this commit.
This upgrade involves some adjustments to types in the JDK

It looks like the new type errors are legitimate and there are checker framework crashes in this version and 3.17.0 so 3.18.0 is the next target version to upgrade to. |
