There is a current backlog of updating statuses, if you wait 30 mins to an hour you'll see it get through eventually. |

This followup removes
build_rules.gradlewhich is just an unneeded proxy forBeamModulePlugin(I didn't do it in the prior PR because I thought it would be more difficult than it was)
