Tested on CentOS 7 and Ubuntu 18.04, using both x86_64 and arm64.

Hmm, I ran the smoke test again but they failed to install python packages with timeout.

I tried to apply GPDB puppet manifest on the Linaro server and saw that installing python packages took around 270s.
The default timeout for puppet execution is 300s, so it may be a bit strict for multiple execution. I'll submit an addendum PR that doubles the value of timeout.
