Also increment cxf.version from 3.2.7 to 3.2.8 which contains the cxf upgrade for jackson-databind.

This bring it's transitive dependency into line with that used by brooklyn.

alternatively we could do excludes in as these are patch bumps and tests pass i'm merging, let's see how the |
