This upgrade currently breaks CI: ph-ubl21 10.2.1 bumps its ph-jaxb dependency to 12.3.5, but its other dependency ph-xsds-xmldsig:4.1.0 still transitively pulls the ph-commons family (including ph-cache) at 12.1.0. Maven's nearest-wins mediation resolves ph-cache to 12.1.0, which predates the com.helger.cache.impl.ProviderCache class that the newer ph-jaxb/ph-xml 12.3.5 code path requires. This causes NoClassDefFoundError: com/helger/cache/impl/ProviderCache and fails all UblDataFormatTest tests on both JDK 17 and JDK 25 build jobs.

This is a version-skew issue in the upstream ph-ubl21 10.2.1 release's own dependency graph, not something introduced by Camel. Closing until a future ph-ubl21 patch resolves the internal inconsistency.
