Add Security section to AGENTS.md for security-model discoverability#16

Adds a Security section to AGENTS.md so an automated scan agent can discover the project's security model via the conventional AGENTS.md -> SECURITY.md chain. SECURITY.md already points at the commons-xml threat model; this only adds the AGENTS.md -> SECURITY.md pointer so the chain resolves end to end. No model content changes. ## Securitysection toAGENTS.mdso an automated scan agent can mechanically discover the project's security model via the conventionalAGENTS.md -> SECURITY.mdchain.SECURITY.mdalready points at the commons-xml threat model (src/site/markdown/threat_model.md); this only adds theAGENTS.md -> SECURITY.mdpointer so the chain resolves end to end. No model content changes.Context: the ASF Security team is preparing the project for an automated agentic security scan we are piloting. Discoverability via that path is the one hard gate; everything else is suggestion. Follows this repo's AGENTS.md conventions (no em-dashes).
